30-Day Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your order to initiate a return for a full refund or exchange. If 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Return Conditions & Requirements

To qualify for a return and full refund, items must satisfy the following conditions:

• Item must be unused, unworn, and in the exact condition you received it
• Item must be in its original packaging with all labels, wraps, and tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or email confirmation receipt)

Restocking Fees

Restocking Fee: £0.00 (Free). We do NOT charge any restocking fees, admin fees, or handling charges on returns.

How to Start a Return

1. Email our customer support team at info@honestfrankboxing.com with your order number and item(s) you wish to return.
2. Our team will verify your order and provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) reference number.
3. Carefully package the item and post it to our Bristol address above using a tracked courier service.

Return Shipping Costs

For standard customer returns (e.g. change of mind, incorrect size chosen), the customer is responsible for paying return postal charges. For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, Honest Frank Boxing covers 100% of return shipping costs and provides a pre-paid return label.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If an item is defective, damaged in transit, or you receive the wrong product, contact us immediately at info@honestfrankboxing.com with photographic evidence. We will dispatch a replacement immediately or issue a 100% full refund including all shipping costs.

Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected at our Bristol warehouse (typically within 1–2 business days of arrival), we will notify you by email. Your refund will be processed immediately to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, PayPal, or Klarna). Refunds typically reflect on your bank or card statement within 5–7 business days depending on your financial institution.
